Each villa is booked as a whole — the living room, kitchen, bedrooms, deck, jacuzzi and 19 m² BBQ gazebo are yours alone. Downstairs, the king bed faces tall glass that opens onto the wood deck and your own open-air jacuzzi, 2 m across.
Upstairs, an open-plan bedroom with three beds overlooks the living room, under an A-frame ceiling that rises to 7.5 m. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking in, and Lion D’or supermarket is a 5-minute walk away.

In every villa
Check-in / check-out
Check-in 15:00–24:00 · check-out 10:00. Self check-in, no front desk: we send your check-in guide and door code before you arrive. Arriving after 22:00? Please let us know in advance.
Shared spaces
Your villa, deck, jacuzzi and BBQ gazebo are yours alone. The lawn and garden are shared only by the two villas, which stand well apart. Book both villas and the whole estate is yours.
Guests & bedrooms
Up to 5 guests per villa. Both floors are open sleeping areas without doors. Cribs and baby supplies are not provided.
Meals
Meals aren't available yet — we're preparing something special. Each villa has a full kitchen, and Lion D’or, a large supermarket, is 400 m away (about 5 minutes on foot).
Smoking, parties & pets
No smoking indoors — smoking is allowed only in the BBQ gazebo. Parties and events are not permitted. No pets (legally recognised assistance dogs are welcome).
Payment
Your stay is paid online by credit card when you book.
Cancellation
Standard and early-bird plans: 50% of the room charge from booking until 7 days before arrival; 100% from 6 days before, on the day or for no-shows. Non-refundable plan: no refunds after booking.
